1. Returning vendors must send in contract and remittance by March 30th, to retain same space. All applications must be in by May 10th. Reply A S A P. Spaces are reserved as applications are received To assure a space, prompt reply is crucial. NO LAST MINUTE. VENDORS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
2. You MUST send a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE with your check and application, your receipt and space assignment can be mailed back to you. Please make check payable to: Old Lewiston Peddler’s Faire.
3. Vehicles must be unloaded upon arrival and parked in designated areas as soon as unloaded. FREE all day parking is provided in designated areas. No Vehicle will be allowed on the street after 7:00 a.m. Parking as soon as unloaded will help reduce traffic congestion. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONAL SIGNS. THERE WILL BE "ONE-WAY" TRAFFIC. No vehicles are permitted on the street or driveways during the faire hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This will be strictly enforced (unauthorized vehicles WILL BE TOWED AWAY).
4. Vendors must remain set up until 4:00 p.m.
5. Cost of space, 12 x 12 space is $65.00 or $120.00 for double size. You MUST stay within the boundaries of your space marked. Allow 1 foot good neighbor between spaces.
6. Bring your own props - tables, chairs, shade, weather protection and generators if needed. Overhead protection must be tied down securely Resulting damage, vendor will be responsible.
7. California law requires all vendors to have California resale number on file with the state board of equalization. One day permits are available at your state board office S.B.O.E. 224-4729.

9. The Trinity County Camber of Commerce and the Old Lewiston Merchants are hereby released of all financial responsibility due to loss or damage to merchandise upon signing this agreement
10. ABSOLUTELY NO COMMERCIALLY MADE NEW ITEMS I.E. TOOLS, GIFTS JEWELRY, CLOTHING, SUNGLASSES, LIVESTOCK & DOMESTIC ANIMALS, ETC.
ATTENTION CRAFTERS: Merchandise will be screened by our committee (Craft vendors must send photos no more than three. One is retained. CLOSE-UP REQUIRED FOR HANDMADE JEWELRY.)
11. Absolutely no dogs, vehicles, or open fires in the market area.
12. Trash bags are provided. Pick up all garbage in your space.
13. Vendors for this year’s faire will have first priority on spaces for next year’s faire.
14. Rain date is Sunday, June 8,2005 unconditionally. NO REFUNDS
You must have a copy of your resale permit with you the day of the event. The resale number must match the person who signed the contract.

WAIVER - The Trinity County Chamber of Commerce and the Old Lewiston Merchants are hereby released of all financial responsibility due to loss or damage to merchandise upon signing this agreement. In the event of rain, the faire will take place the following day, June 8, 2008, regardless. Revenue from vendors space is spent on extensive advertising, therefore no refunds are given. In consideration of you accepting my entry, I intend to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for any and all injuries from, or while participating in the "Old Lewiston Peddler’s Faire" on June 7, 2008, against all persons and organizations affiliated with, sponsoring, promoting, conducting, or in any way associated with this event including the County of Trinity.
